1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Claude PR Review ("the App"), operated by BitPR ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the App through the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Claude PR Review is an AI-powered code review application for Bitbucket, built on Atlassian Forge infrastructure. The App automatically reviews pull requests in your Bitbucket repositories, providing code quality feedback, bug detection, and improvement suggestions using artificial intelligence.

The App is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product available through the Atlassian Marketplace. Features and functionality may vary depending on your subscription plan.

3. Account and Authentication

To use the App, you must authenticate with a valid Bitbucket account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Bitbucket account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The App offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next renewal period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any connected systems
• Use the App to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the App without our prior written consent
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by BitPR and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

You retain all ownership rights to your code and content that is processed by the App. We do not claim any ownership over your source code, pull requests, or repository content. We access your code solely to provide the review service as described.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated code reviews are provided as suggestions and should not be considered a substitute for human code review. You are responsible for evaluating and applying any suggestions provided by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BITPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Bitbucket workspace. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Atlassian Marketplace listing or by email.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
